We put our clients' interests first.

Solid companies are typically characterised by having a founder who truly put some thought into the making of the company. As did our CEO, Otto Andersen, in 2004 when he wrote this manifesto, which is still our guide.

Manifesto

The philosophy of Kraftvaerk has its roots in craftsmanship, passion and knowledge. We value our clients’ interests, and we keep up the knowledge and skills that are necessary for us to efficiently create results for our clients.

Our solutions must be profitable for our clients and for ourselves. Our solutions must have a high degree of usefulness. We don’t engage in prestigious projects with diffuse focus and no clear potential for increasing client value. We don’t accept projects to surpass artistic or scientific boundaries. Our goal is to create long lasting relations with our clients, enabling them to see true value in working with us.

We unite the desire for artistic expression with great craftsmanship, and we wish to attract skillful individuals as developers and teachers. We won’t become complacent; rather we want to combine research, technology, design and craftsmanship. Our solutions are simple and concrete, where form follows function. We want to merge business and technology into an entity, in which functionality and user experience become integral parts of an “overall solution” designed by professionals collaborating across disciplines.

We are not merely a consultancy but also an apprenticeship. A melting pot where “masters” and “novices” work on equal terms guided by solid principles, values and guidelines.

We will strive to design solutions characterised by simplicity and functionalism. Kraftvaerk wishes to deliver quality to clients who demand quality. For our clients it must hold true that: “Becoming our client must be easy, and being our client must be easy."
