We have developed a new UX and design concept, new features and a modernized API-based architecture. Through detailed wireframing and innovative concepts, ‘Mit Ungdomskort’ has undergone a complete redesign that has created significant improvements in key areas, such as card ordering and period editing. Where the order flow used to contain 7-8 steps, today customers must go through much fewer steps.
"The focus was radical simplification, and the goal was to streamline the user experience and remove unnecessary complexities to make the ordering process as intuitive as possible and the user experience even better, especially on mobile," says Nico Thonbo Eriksen, Service Owner at Rejsekort & Rejseplan A/S.
‘Mit Ungdomskort’ is a complex platform that handles around 140,000 Ungdomskort customers and operates across different fare areas, transport companies and educational institutions - all elements that the order flow must be able to handle.
"In collaboration with Danish public transport companies, Rejsekort & Rejseplan, we have conducted a series of brainstorming sessions to outline the different pages and functionalities required for the solution. Through iterative design updates, which were regularly presented to stakeholders for feedback and customization, the initial concepts were refined and have resulted in a unified user experience and increased efficiency," says Anders Olsson, Lead Project Manager at Kraftvaerk.
