Building quality digital capabilities at speed

Designing and building digital solutions, services and products for our clients is our bread and butter. The experience we get from having done this for more than two decades is something we want to use actively to help our clients on their ventures into the digital space.

To unlock and transfer our tacit knowledge to our clients’ teams we use an experiential learning approach. This learning approach combines hands-on learning with reflective learning. From experience we see that this is the most efficient way of transfering knowledge and it ensures the knowledge is deeply rooted in the organisation as it also focuses on making the tacit knowledge more explicit through documentation.

    Building a product that lasts can only be done if the focus is on the implementation and anchoring of the product from the get-go. We have learned this the hard way. They are practitioners that has been through the process themselves and have had to learn it through practice.

    We use our own recruitment, skills development and organisational design methodologies to help our clients build, coach and mature in-house teams and talents.

    People, Tools and Processes are the three elements of DesignOps. Our design leadership team has built several design teams over the years and we understand that there is no one size fits all when it comes to building a high-performing and happy design team. It is hard work and it needs a constant focus in order to create a meaningful work environment that can retain and attract the best design talents out there.
