Kraftvaerk has been awarded Contributing Gold Partner status, which is an acknowledgement of the digital consultancy’s commitment, experience and capabilities within Umbraco. In total, 26 Gold Partners have been named, of which only two are in Denmark.
Over the past four years, Umbraco has experienced significant growth in the number of its gold partners. The increase means more support for the development of Umbraco software. The increase has at the same time led to a desire from Umbraco to pay tribute to its Gold Partners, who have made a unique contribution and built up special competences over a longer period of time. This might be through PR, organising an Umbraco Festival or Meetup as well as via other initiatives that bring the community together and draw attention to Umbraco. It is for this reason that Umbraco has launched a new initiative – Contributing Gold Partner. Starting in April 2020, Umbraco will each year recognise the Gold Partners who make an extra effort to support the company. The IT consultancy Kraftvaerk has just been named a Contributing Gold Partner. This is due to its commitment, experience and strong competences at working with Umbraco.
“It stands two reason to name Kraftvaerk as a Contributing Gold Partner. One of Kraftvaerk’s many merits has been organising the Umbraco DK Festival for the past seven years. On top of which Kraftvaerk has shown considerable commitment to the Umbraco Meetups and the innovative use of Umbraco on its development projects,” says Kim Sneum Madsen, Chief Friend Maker, Umbraco HQ.
In total, 26 Gold Partners have been awarded the new status, of which only two are in Denmark.
“It is clear that being named a Contributing Gold Partner is even more of an honour when there are only two Gold Partners in Denmark who are being recognised for their extra efforts. It testifies to our commitment to Umbraco, and the deeply rooted and strong competences within the platform in our organisation. Competences that we use every day to help a wide range of clients meet specific business goals at individual companies. At Kraftvaerk, we are finding that a growing number of clients want to switch from heavy and cumbersome CMS platforms that are difficult to work with. At the same time, we’ve seen that Umbraco has in recent years developed into a mature CMS, which represents an attractive alternative, and which I believe many companies would benefit from taking a closer look at,” says Peter Wiwel, VP of Technology, Kraftvaerk A/S.
