We’re thrilled to share the launch of the refreshed www.oriola.com which is live now in English, Finnish and Swedish! 

Oriola, a Nordic stock-listed B2B health and wellbeing company, is known for its critical role in pharmaceutical and wellbeing product distribution, advisory, and wholesale services. But behind the scenes, something bigger has been brewing: a digital transformation that goes far beyond a new look. 

Partnership with Kraftvaerk

Since 2021, Oriola has partnered with Kraftvaerk. Oriola’s strategy has renewed since and now it was time to elevate their digital maturity across the board. Together, we’ve asked bold questions: 

Does your website reflect your strategy? Your customers? Is it driving business growth? 

The answer? It was time for a change, and we started a Discovery project to outline the ambition level and actual plan for a refresh project.

What we did - and why it matters

1. Discovery with purpose 

Through four focused workshops, we aligned business areas around a shared vision: who Oriola serves, what matters to those audiences, and how to communicate with clarity and confidence.  

2. Content strategy and information architecture 

We built a structure that tells Oriola’s story end-to-end—optimized for today’s SEO and tomorrow’s AI discoverability, GEO. 

3. AI-accelerated visual exploration 

Together we landed on a creative vision that reflects Oriola’s ambition by using AI concepting tools to rapidly explore bold visual directions and align stakeholders. 

4. Modular design system in Optimizely 

Flexible, future-ready components empower Oriola’s teams to adapt content without design debt—keeping the brand consistent and dynamic. Oriola.com’s technical foundation was built by Kraftvaerk in 2021 when renewing the site to Optimizely DXP. Since then, we have upgraded to the latest version 12 and now the refresh was implemented on that foundation utilizing the existing platform. This enabled us to focus on the strategic areas and content. The refreshed site enables intuitive content creation and publishing as well as long-term scalability. New features from Optimizely are adopted into use regularly.  

5. Governance made simple 

We have planned together intuitive content management practices and a governance model that enables confident publishing and long-term scalability. We revisit data regularly and provide the content managers insights on the success of their content.

Beyond Launch: A Platform for Growth

The new site was launched in September, but this is just the beginning. Oriola’s website is now a growth engine: 

  • Capturing leads 

  • Surfacing insights for sales and business units 

  • Preparing for AI-driven customer interactions 

It’s not just a marketing tool, it’s a business tool. We are working together to improve continuously as the business requirements and user expectations evolve. 

A team effort worth celebrating

This project was a true collaboration from day one. In the project kick-off Oriola and Kraftvaerk teams united into one. The spirit throughout the project was positive, innovative and transparent. We explored different alternatives for structure and design among other things and in the end the decision making was easy. The project was completed as planned, within the schedule and budget. Do we stop here? No. This is just a beginning with an updated roadmap to support Oriola’s growth.
